Thought I had read the handbook of Leadership and Management development programmes from cover to cover over the years, but in attending the Strengths Director programme with Sarah I was quickly drawn in to a new methodology.
The time my team and I spent with Sarah allowed us to explore our Strengths and quickly established trust and confidence. Sarah began working with our team at a time of transition with two teams joining to form one. It certainly created a strong foundation to build relationships and accelerate the tricky forming phase.
The programme is great and I love the idea of exploring strengths to understand the capability and support you can provide to your team and that they can provide to you. It goes without saying we are stronger together than as individuals, keep that in mind!.
The tools and bitesize learning that accompany the programme are easily accessible and allow you to explore and take the learnings forward. It is fair to say throughout I felt comfortable but still challenged which encouraged my will to explore.
Throughout Sarah was always on hand to support and encourage. The group activities were facilitated brilliantly and Sarah displays very strong coaching capabilities with constant positivity. The approach quickly built the right mind-set and allowed the team to develop, grow and communicate by removing psychological barriers.
I feel more equipped and for once I can say that I will carry forward the methodology from this programme. I am very thankful for the time Sarah has invested with the team and fully endorse Sarah and the programme.
